Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your items to us within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions. All you need to do is send us your order and your delivery note, we advise you to obtain proof of sending.

Only products returned in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, labels, etc.), in perfect condition, free of any trace of impurity or dirt will be taken back. Any return of an item returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the CUSTOMER will be considered non-compliant. It will not be refunded and will be returned at the CUSTOMER's expense.
